Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Chicago IL 60602/Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure DevOps, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.

Contractor’s Role:

This role demands exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in documentation to effectively capture and develop project details from initial requests.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment.

– Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW and Confluence and reporting in that skill

– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

– Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

– Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
