Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Enterprise Salesforce Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements, with a focus on integrating Fiserv Products
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators
  • Establish a best practice and standards for Salesforce development and integration projects
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Responsible for the data going into and out from Salesforce and integrated systems, with additional focus on security of data at rest and in transit
  • Experience with Mulesoft AnyPoint platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein
  • Assists in the cross training of other application system administrators, new salesforce users, and grow skillset of Salesforce and products across the organization as required
  • Works with peers, business leads to analyze enterprise business context (CRM business strategy, roadmaps, and trends), to derive future-state technologies and business outcomes
  • Assists the business areas to help define the requirements, principles, and models that guide CRM technology decisions for the Enterprise
  • Helps drive CRM digital innovation at all levels of the organization, with in-depth business process analytics and desired Enterprise outcomes as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or CRM management equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, specializing in Fiserv Product integrations and emerging FinTech integrations
  • Proficiency in Mulesoft, Finastra, DNA, or similar products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning in Salesforce and SMFC
  • Experience with Copado CI/CD platform, licensing, and provisioning
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a technical context
