App Governance Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a App Governance Business Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Addison, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Merchant Services applications complete related App Governance deliverables on-time
• Hosting regular meetings with applicable application teams to answer questions on how to complete deliverables, etc
• Supporting Payments App Governance team with related deliverable completion and documentation
• Create reporting related to status/health of application portfolio for Merchant Services / perform data analysis across different application teams
• The ideal candidate will have prior Bank of America experience and prior Risk/Governance experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in Application Governance or related Audit/control work
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
• Strong communication skills, willing to present on calls
• Highly organized and self-motivated, willingness to dig in to drive results
• Excellent Excel proficiency, ability to leverage data analysis to drive results
• Experience with creating reporting for senior leaders
• Prior Bank of America experience and prior Risk/Governance experience
