Sr. Project Manager (some onsite in Tempe, AZ).

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budget
• Hire team members, lead project teams, and mentor team members
• Manage resources, such as suppliers and project templates
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Develop project success factors and metrics, and report on project status

Requirements:

• Project Manager in most recent role, ideally on the business side within the banking industry
• Managing 1 Million Dollar + budgets
• Managing compliance, government regulations or risk management is ideal
• Experience within lending within banking industry is ideal
• 6+ Month Contract
• Looking at Mid – Senior level candidates
