Position Details:
Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Remote (need someone who can work in PST time zone)
Contract 6 months (with possible extension)
As a Senior UX Designer on the Digital Technology Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. Your contributions will focus on creating seamless, user-centered experiences that enable the GTM organization to achieve its goals. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including UX leads, product management, engineering, and strategy, to design and implement intuitive digital solutions. Your expertise will contribute to our overarching mission of becoming the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration & Design Leadership: Partner with UX leads, Technical Product Management, Strategy, and Engineering teams to understand product requirements and translate them into impactful, user-friendly experiences.
- Design Process & Deliverables: Lead concept development, ideation, and design for product and process improvements. Produce high-quality design outputs including user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Cross-Functional Team Engagement: Work with designers, user researchers, business analysts, change management leaders, and software engineers to enable design processes and advocate for user-centered design thinking.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design work effectively to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders with clear, impactful narratives and design rationales.
- Portfolio Submission: Portfolio showcasing proficiency in interaction design and user experience, including artifacts that demonstrate your ability to translate customer insights into actionable design outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interaction design and user experience design for complex applications.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and solve design challenges with a user-centered approach while integrating business goals.
- Effective Communication: Ability to share design insights and advocate for design decisions across different stakeholder groups.
- Design Methodologies: Proficient in applying design methodologies to understand user needs, define pain points, and create innovative solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review user research results.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of design possibilities within the boundaries of 3rd party tools and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience using Figma is required.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience designing solutions for Sales and Marketing teams across multiple products and services.
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and sales/marketing processes.
