Project IT Manager II

Title: Project Manager

Duration: Long term Contract

Locations: Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple projects within the Finance and IT departments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other business units, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance against established metrics.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as industrys best practices.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on finance and IT projects.
* Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with financial systems, ERP implementations, and IT infrastructure projects is a plus.
