Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description: As a team member, you will be at the center of providing an exceptional client and internal operations customer experience in an incredibly fast-paced, exciting, and constantly changing environment. The team supports projects related to retail front-of-house solutions requiring remediation due to security and global compliance, including Point of Sale, Kiosk, Payment Devices, and Networks at our client locations across the U.S and Canada. This hands-on position supports strategic and tactical activities such as documentation, effective communication, project budgets, and project reconciliation.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor daily/weekly progress of project
  • Perform scheduling of locations for remediation
  • Gather and document requirements for onsite resources
  • Prepare weekly update materials to Program Manager
  • Track issues/hurdles
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Maintain project calendar

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Project Management preferred
  • Complete objectives and deliverables to align with organizational goals and team strategic direction
  • Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Must be highly organized and action-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with standard Product/Project Management tools (ex. Smartsheets)
  • Experience with complex projects
  • Demonstrated efforts in project management either through obtaining certifications or by applying project management skills to previous work
