SUMMARY:
The Director of Sales Enablement will lead our Sales Acquisition and Sales Readiness Teams with responsibility identifying, hiring and preparing future sales talent for success within our organization.  This role will have oversight of our Sales hiring profile, interview process and early Sales Readiness programs, including development of our new Intro to Staffing program. 

The Director of Sales Enablement will also work to achieve quicker Associate AM to AM1 development results and better retention.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act in partnership to Dexian MDs to coach and help in the alignment of our hiring profile and process
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to direct reports and their teams
  • Communicate in a manner that supports the MDs, VPs and leaders of complex SDPs’ efforts in sales development
  • Maintains consistent messaging across portfolios, accounts and geos as well as support of the Develop & Advance programs
  • Provide regular analytics and reports to the MDs, VPs and VP of Sales Enablement on activities, challenges and progress for all Associate Account Managers progress to AM through SRP And Sales Orientation Training
  • Make data driven assessments and recommendations based upon what is discovered in the field to help us improve the operational effectiveness of our MDs, VPs and complex SDP leaders, with a particular focus on the efforts that ultimately helps lead to promoting more salespeople faster and ensuring a greater percentage of them being successful
  • Investigate and stay current on the competition’s methods and practices for sales development and communicate those findings on a regular basis to leadership
  • Positive feedback for the program from field (CSAT)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50%
  • Subject matter expert in sales, having experienced many different situations and can be called upon to help
  • Has successfully sold locally and broken a variety of accounts
  • Has successfully mentored others
  • Understand how sales is a process and follows our organization's Sales Process
  • Detail-oriented and able to break Sales down into individual parts
  • Knows sales Nomenclature and business terminology
  • Disciplined, consistent and well organized
  • Patient
  • Passionate about sales and development of others
  • Well respected in the field and within services
  • Forward thinker
  • Excellent communication skills, having the ability to present current state and recommendations to leadership
