Position Details:
Title: Cloud Reporting Analyst
Location: 2 weeks onsite , 2 weeks remote ( Westlake , TX )
Long term role with possible extensions
Location Options – Westlake , TX
The role is responsible for curating content to support reporting and business needs; analyzing and interpreting data related to cloud technologies, and designing impactful reports
- The Expertise and Skills You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Marketing), UI Design, Data Analytics or Statistics
- 5+ years of on-the-job experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge of and experience with tools, techniques, and processes for complex data gathering, data trending, and data modeling/analysis on complex datasets to drive business value
- Experience with complex data environments (including but not limited to: cloud enterprise data warehouses)
- Experience with Agile methodology, framework, and practices required
- Experience with ServiceNow, Cloudability, AWS, Azure, Divvy cloud, Cloud Query Snowflake preferred
- Synthesis of data and output of research/investigation into strategic insights and practical recommendations
- Ability to manage deliverables independently and with a high degree of efficiency
- Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual/strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
The Value You Deliver
- Performing complex data analysis to support actionable recommendations
- Deliver executive level reporting for key performance indicators (KPI’s) and associated underlying metrics
- Capture requirements/scope from users and turn that into defined next steps for implementation
- Create and maintain reporting requirements, best practices, quality control process, and branding
- Ability to triage reports and troubleshoot production issues that may arise quickly and efficiently
