Knowledgeable of current industry technologies

Previous Product Management experience

The Expertise You Have

  • Advanced Agile-related certifications and demonstrable experience in application thereof; e.g. RS@SP, CAL (E,T, or O), ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or similar
  • Deep Agile knowledge with several years of Agile Coaching experience
  • Demonstrable experience coaching a team-of-teams, or a combination of multiple team coaching engagements and team-of-teams level coaching
  • 4+ years’ experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., Scrum Master, Squad Leader/Product Owner, Chapter Leader)
  • Track record of training, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals at various levels
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and fearlessly challenging, teams, leaders and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value
  • You have a continuous improvement approach
  • You assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach
