App Support Project Manager

Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a App Support Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Drive complex solution deliveries, technical issues, problems related to supported applications, networks, servers and like technologies
- Plan time frame of service releases with application teams
- Identify solutions to work around open issues / problems that are under investigation or pending resolution
- Supports program and project management responsibilities relating to application software implementations and upgrades
- Role has matrix execution responsibility across multiple technology teams
- Manages multiple projects or a single complex project
- Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions
- Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment
- Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility
- Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience in similar role
- Educational background and experience in technology with knowledge of programs and projects frameworks
- Strong Project Management Skills MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power Point
- Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams, including disparate teams globally
- Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and flexibility
- Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders of varying levels of seniority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
- Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
- Experience of large-scale complex projects
- A passion for technology and banking operations
- Extensive data analysis and associated presentation
- Infrastructure/application delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
