Job Title: Accounting Manager
Duration: 10 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE
Location: Boca Raton, FL 33431
Pay Rate: $79.71 – $97.82 hourly

7 to 10 years’ experience.
* Supervisory experience required
* CPA or MBA, preferred
* Experience with ERP ledgers systems is preferred (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, PeopleSoft)
* Public Accounting experience preferred
* Must be organized and detail oriented, possess a systems background, flexible, able to work independently, good oral and written communication skills, and have worked in a medium to large corporate environment.
* Understands and is able to apply accounting concepts
* Comfortable with and able to utilize computer technology MS Excel (advanced), a strong plus
* Demonstrated ability to thrive and respond in a fast-paced environment
* Analytical thinking skills
* Superior working relationship skills – the ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships.
* Change leadership – the ability to identify and implement change, complete projects and transformation related programs across multiple organizations/functions, and the ability to lead a team through these changes.
Responsibilities:
Work location: Hybrid with 3 days on-site, either Monday or Friday.
