Agile BA

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Agile BA for an opportunity with a client located in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for stocking the product backlog by identifying and prioritizing user stories based on business value
• Will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the product backlog contains all the necessary features and requirements needed to meet the customer’s needs
• Responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements to deliver significant business outcomes
• Works with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and works closely with the development team to refine the requirements into actionable specifications
• Influences stakeholder strategy, and understands the needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
• Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
• Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications; assists with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design
• Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies

Requirements:

• Experience with Product Owner or Technology requirement gathering and requirements writing experience
• Experienced in agile processes and tools like Jira, Excel, PowerPoint etc
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
• Team player to help achieve common goals
