Team Overview:

  • The Telecommunication Expense Management team manages data/voice circuits, telephone services and mobile wireless operations globally inclusive of our Aladdin clients. They also manage the invoice and expense management associated with all our Telco vendors. This includes oversight of payment to all our carriers. They manage a budget of over $40 million. The team is responsible for management of the inventory of all telecom services. The team’s partners include Networking, UCC, Finance, SVM and CTS. Deliverables include both BAU and projects.

Role Responsibility:

  • Responsibilities would include Telecom expense management, interfacing with our TEM (Tangoe) Go Mobile portal. The team manages mobility operations for the firm. Responsibilities would include telecommunication expense management working closely with our Telecom Expense Management partner, Tangoe. Strategic and tactical management of mobility operations with our carrier relationships globally depending upon project.
  • There are 20,000 mobile lines globally. This role includes managing corporate mobile services for our employees by provisioning new and upgraded devices as well as and disconnection of services. Delivering a high level of quality service in a fiscally sound model whilst adherence to corporate policies respectfully. BAU management includes management of the Service Now mobile procurement ticket queue. There will also be some project work for mergers, inventory control and or other mobile initiatives as they arise.

    Experience:

    • Should have 1 3 years of telecom expense management background and experience with management of corporate mobile phones and plans. Inventory control background a plus. Experience with Excel and reporting. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Telecom space. Effective communication skills and selfstarter required. Must have the ability to meet assertive deadlines for delivery of telecom services and be detail oriented. Job Skill Requirements:
