Process Excellence Engineer

Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Process Excellence Engineer for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, optimizing, and improving AIG processes
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new process, technologies
- Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously
- Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis and data driven decision making to achieve operational excellence and production support targets
- Develop and maintain process standards and best practices
- Service Now Knowledge
- Understanding of Lean, Agile and DevOps, Program/project management skills and experience advantageous
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and 3-5 years of experience as process engineer in Insurance industry
- Sound knowledge of all ITIL processes i.e., Demand Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service Request management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing AIG processes, identifying areas for improvements and recommending appropriate solutions
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve metrics and KPIs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process related issues and technical hands-on experience in SharePoint and Confluence tools
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures
- Providing training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and ensure successful implementation
- Ability to work independently and ability to multitask whenever involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean principles, six sigma methodologies and statical analysis
- Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, data analysis
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues
- Strong written and verbal communication
