Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

Location: Bellefonte PA

Duration: 6 + months

Roles that are responsible for the analysis, development, and operation of quality and risk management systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Activities include developing standards for quality, documentation and processes as well as continuous improvement and preventive activities.

Conducts analytics to ensure that the company’s products are according to defined quality standards.

IMPACT: Impacts the results across functions by setting the technical strategy and contributing to the business strategy.

Recognized as an external thought leader.

COMPLEXITY: Proactively identifies and solves problems that impact the long term direction of the business.

ACCOUNTABILITY/ INDEPENDENCE: Accountable for technical strategy and development of intellectual capital.

EXPERIENCE: Typically graduate background plus broad and extensive experience in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies. Encompasses knowledge which cannot easily be found in the market. Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements.

ORGANIZATION: Typically reports to a Manager role, Project Manager role (for a defined period of time) or Global Executive based on organizational set-up (there is not necessarily a difference in role level between a manager and its direct reports – same level or lower level reporting is possible, provided job scope and responsibilities are clearly distinct); may manage a small to mid-size team of experts with a focus on technical/ operational guidance on specific time-bound initiatives BS degree with 20 yrs exp, MS degree with 15 yrs exp, or PhD with 10 yrs exp
