Job description

Join the Marketing Information team in the Investment Marketing department for a full-time temporary role. You’ll work with various departments and learn about equity and fixed income investments. Help drive new business by crafting clear messages about our products and assist the Consultant Relations Support team at quarter-end.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Legal, ESG, Sales, Operations, and more to create marketing materials.
  • Complete complex RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires for Fixed Income and Equity products.
  • Use internal tools to gather information.
  • Work with our parent company on domestic and offshore requests.
  • Help Client Service teams with client questionnaires.
  • Ensure responses comply with legal standards.
  • Update the RFP database.
  • Assist with quarter-end materials and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with RFPs or marketing materials for Fixed Income and Equity products.
  • Knowledge of institutional investors.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA progress is a plus.
  • Able to handle complex RFPs/RFIs and coordinate responses.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
