Senior Operations Analyst
Job description
Seeking an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but are not limited to data collection, reconciliation, and client driven reporting.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret all governing deals and credit documents.
- Model payment calculations for various reporting platforms.
- Generate and review various types of client reporting.
- Data mapping and reconciliation resolution.
- Perform quality control review for data, reporting, and other accuracy standards.
- Design efficient quality control metrics and performance targets.
- Manage transactions ensuring all notifications are actioned and communicated accordingly.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of all asset class transactions and payment requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of the Loan Settlements process and platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of CDO Compliance calculations and modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
