Senior Product Manager – Technical – Level 7

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and at least 3 years of experience.
  * Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
  * Deep understanding of technical processes including quality control, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
  * Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and requests.
  * Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
  * Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and support development team in development of resolutions.
  * Ability to develop best practices.
  * Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
  * Excellent oral and written communications.
  * Database skills (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and Advanced SOAP/Postman knowledge.
• Proactively identify and make recommendations for process improvements.
  * Have a deep understanding of the CORE Platform and best practices around Implementations.
  * May perform other duties as assigned.

Perform regression testing for platform releases.
* Perform functional testing and resolution for new platform enhancements.
* Support testing efforts for the CORE UI Application.
* Coordinate with IT/QA, business owner and project team members to ensure test plans and test cases are comprehensive.
