Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Apptio TBM to manage and report on technology costs and performance
• Apply TBM principles to optimize technology investments and drive business value
• Oversee the cost of ownership for various applications
• Ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency of applications
• Develop and manage workflows for approving contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline contract processes
• Handle accruals, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Generate day-to-day reports and analytics
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Manage allocations effectively
• Ensure accurate and efficient allocation of resources
• Utilize Apptio TBM and Fieldglass for relevant tasks
• Maintain expertise in these systems to support business needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM) using Apptio
• Proficiency in Fieldglass and financial systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience in managing contracts and workflows
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting

• Requires four days a week onsite
