Pay-Range: $140K – $150K Annually
Job Description: –
- As the Manager of Supply Chain Systems, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of data to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
- Your responsibilities will include developing data management strategies, implementing data governance policies, and leveraging advanced analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements all within Workday SCM.
- You will be responsible for the overall deployment and change management of Workday SCM.
- You will be expected to plan for future releases and manage remote employees to make these changes.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Data Governance and Strategy:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Define and execute a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with organizational objectives and industry leading practices.
Data Collection and Integration:
- Oversee the collection and integration of data from various sources, including ERP systems and external partners.
- Implement data standardization processes to enhance data quality and consistency across the supply chain.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to derive actionable insights from supply chain data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction based on data-driven insights.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and performance trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven feedback and analysis.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation within the supply chain through the use of data analytics and emerging technologies
