Job Title: Senior User Experience (UX) Designer
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in-office in San Francisco, Mountain View, or San Diego)
Pay Rate : USD 55-65/ HR ON W2
We are looking for a seasoned Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving improvements and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. As a key interface between Sales Enablement, sellers, and sales leaders, you will play a vital role in designing exceptional user experiences and delivering impactful projects that contribute to our organization’s competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, intuitive, and interactive user experiences for tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and Seismic. Ensure the material is clear, concise, and aligned with training objectives to optimize the learning experience.
- Propose and justify new technology solutions, creating detailed business cases to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and strategic value. Provide strategic insights to senior management regarding technological advancements and competitive positioning to drive business success.
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions, managing the scope, timelines, and overall success of projects. Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive launch plans to ensure systems and applications meet technical specifications and business needs. Conduct thorough testing to ensure everything functions correctly before release.
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Perform system gap analysis and recommend solutions that enhance performance. Define and document system specifications and architecture, with a focus on scalability, security, and integration.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data metrics that will help measure the success of technology improvements and business outcomes. Use this data to drive business cases and guide decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and technology solutions.
- Expertise in designing user experiences for enterprise tools such as LMS, LXP, and Seismic.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, leaders, and senior management.
- Knowledge of KPIs and experience in using data to assess and guide project outcomes.
Preferred:
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in UX design and technology solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in conducting system evaluations and gap analysis.
