Market Data Analyst
Job description
Our client is focused on equities, fixed income, and alternative assets. They receive hundreds of data market feed each day. They’re looking for someone to be the buffer between technology and finance. This role involves managing market data software systems (FITS) and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. Experience with FITS (financial information tracking systems) is a must.
- 5-8 years of relevant market data financial services experience with an understanding of financial data products used in financial services, covering such products as Bloomberg, LSEG, Factset and S&P
- Experience using Optimize Spend or any other market data spend management tool
- Results-oriented, strong collaborative skills and positive attitude with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
Day to day:
- Experience with vendor management
- General Ledger reporting
- Revenue, credit, and expense management
