Job Summary:
Working under the general supervision of the ServiceNow Practice Lead, the ServiceNow System Analyst plays a key role in developing and maintaining business-focused solutions that drive value, quality, and efficiency for stakeholders. The responsibilities include guiding business decisions to adopt ServiceNow best practices, conducting system analysis, and ensuring systems are designed to meet requirements efficiently and effectively. The ServiceNow System Analyst collaborates closely with subject matter experts, IT developers, system administrators, and project managers to create technical specifications, develop implementation plans and support testing to best leverage ServiceNow’s capabilities.
Job Duties:

  • Recent Experience working with CSM AND SPM/PPM
  • Design business-focused solutions in ServiceNow to ensure systems meet requirements, are efficient, effective, and scalable in support of organizational goals.
  • Partner with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Administrators, and Developers to produce technical specifications, support testing, and develop implementation plans.
  • Lead or participate in discovery calls and workshops as a ServiceNow subject matter expert to identify business needs and define, redesign, and improve processes.
  • Proven analyst experience across a range of ServiceNow modules including Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
  • Proven experience leading workshops, discovery calls, gathering and documenting requirements, and influencing decision makers at senior levels.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance across stakeholders while working closely with delivery teams.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow modules, integrations, capabilities, and platform technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of communicating complex ideas effectively across a large organization.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in process definition, developing system requirements, documentation, and project artifacts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
