Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Pay rate :$24/hr -$26/hr
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location: Portage MI 49002 United States
Job Summary:
An established organization is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support engineering and scientific teams on 3rd shift. This role involves performing technical evaluations, preparing documentation, and assisting with process improvements. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving in a structured technical environment, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for engineering and scientific operations.
- Develop, improve, and recommend procedures and methodologies.
- Create and maintain accurate technical reports and documentation.
- Investigate technical events to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
- Work within clearly defined procedures and guidelines to complete assignments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in a support, operations, or technician role.
- Familiarity with technical tools, workflows, or systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage routine technical procedures.
- Basic understanding of technical principles within your area of experience.
