  1. Round 1: Virtual (Teams) – 45 minutes with Hiring Manager (technical + behavioral)
  2. Round 2: On-site in Mesa – around 2 hours (with two Leads)

About the Role:

Are you a passionate Front-End Engineer dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences with modern technologies and industry best practices? We’re seeking a skilled and experienced developer to play a key role in shaping the future of our user interfaces. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on performance, scalability, and usability in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind CSS)
    • Implement performance optimizations such as code splitting, efficient rendering, and lazy loading
    • Maintain high-quality code through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices
    • Define and implement scalable front-end architecture; take ownership of specific UI components
    • Collaborate across planning, design, development, testing, and continuous improvement
    • Debug applications and configure existing systems to meet evolving requirements
    • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Basic Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of professional front-end development using React, JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS
    • 4+ years of experience with back-end development using C# (.NET)
    • 2+ years of experience working with databases (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Entity Framework)

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with web services (SOAP, REST, HTTP, WSDL, XSD)
    • Experience with other frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or Knockout
    • Exposure to Micro Front-End Architecture
    • Understanding of enterprise UX patterns and design systems
    • Experience building wireframes or prototypes for complex web applications
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
    • Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

    • 80% Front-End Development:
      Partner with UX/UI team to develop responsive, accessible user experiences.
      Technologies: React, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind CSS
    • 20% Back-End Development:
      Focused on web APIs and data access.
      Technologies: C# .NET, Oracle (OCI), Microsoft SQL Server
