Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Chesterfield MO

Duration: 06 Month(s) Contract (Possible to extend or convert)

Pay Range: $30-$37/Hr

Job Description:

This is an onsite role with options for WFH on occasions. Local Candidates only.

Assignment will be extended for right fit candidate.

Space and office management:

Activities involving management and maintenance of buildings, land and furniture.

Assure proper office supply and equipment.

Management of media, meeting rooms and allocation plans (update, availability and operations).

Removal Management (planning and organizing of office moves).

Catering Services: Conference-room services (setting or clearing the tables, responsible for the supply of cold and hot beverages, according bookings).

Operation and cleaning of industrial equipment within the buildings.

Postal and Courier Services:

Sorting and distribution of postal items.

Reception and dealing with parcels.

Tour preparation & management.

Entrance Services:

Activities involving contracting and managing vendors/contractors for services to the facilities.

Eye/shower wash, pest control, janitorial, fire extinguisher

General maintenance checks

• Office & work cell setup & management
• Supplies (+ inventory)

• Organize & keep safe/clean
• Prepare sites for large group tours
• Site CMR

o Safety focus for facilities

o JSA & MSDS management

• E-Squad

o CPR (w/ difibulator)

• Forklift & Lift Operator (obtaining certifications as needed)

Vehicles & Industrial Equipment

• Records
• Service & Clean
• Schedule/execute maintenance on Industrial Equipment

Shipping / Recieving

• Management of River Valley shipping/recievging dock

o Open packages & confirm contents/records

• Deliveries between St. Louis facilities
• Freight arrangements (projects & equipment transfers)
• Small parcels arrangements (point person for team)
• Import/export knowledge (global trade)
• Preparation/Assembly of shipping kits/supplies to assist team with thier project needs
• Optional: Shipping training (49 CFR Transportation of Hazardous Materials)

Project / Orders

• Project Lead on Facility & Small Capital (single order) projects

Software Proficiency

This individual will be self driven & intentional about enablement of our engineers & techs to have safe & proper setup to execute automated work on agriculture equipment.
