Job description
The Electrical Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on electrical skills and certification for technicians involved in the production of electronic assemblies. This role includes assessing the effectiveness of training content, conducting workplace coaching, and collaborating with business partners to identify and implement performance development opportunities. The instructor will ensure that all training aligns with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence in the classroom and lab settings. Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.
Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Required experience:
– Electrical experience
– Instruction/training experience (leading groups, conducting training courses, building training content, coaching)
Multiple Shifts – candidates need to be flexible (will determine shift time during interview and offer)
Core hours:
– 1st shift – 6 AM -2:30 PM
– 2nd shift – 3 PM -11:30 PM
– 3rd shift -11:30 PM – 5:30/6 AM
