Job Title: UX Developer

Location: Mclean, VA

Duration: 6 Months w/possible extension

Position Overview:

• The position is focused on enhancing and improving enterprise level application user interface.
• The candidate will closely work with the financial engineering team to create intuitive and user-friendly interface and collaborate with other stakeholders.
• Candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes and prototypes and ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Design user-friendly, responsive and visually appealing interface for enterprise level financial application.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-quality UI design using Figma.
• Enhance the existing design system to improve user experience.
• Work closely with UI developers to insure seamless implementation of UX/UI design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and analyze feedback to improve design decision.
• Collaborate with product owner, developers and stakeholders to understand end-user needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Technical Skills:

• 3+ experience in UX/UI design in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tool.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, SASS.
• Should be able to create new design styles in Figma and create mockups for new functionality.
• Need someone who has as experience in React 18

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree in Graphic design, User Experience design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar but not required.
