Job Title: Junior Software Developer (Warehouse & Logistics Platform)

About the Role

We’re looking for a junior developer who’s ready to grow, contribute, and work directly inside a production system. You’ll collaborate with our Senior Systems Lead to build and maintain core features of our in-house warehouse and logistics platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a bit of real-world experience-maybe from an internship or an early-career role-and is looking to take the next step. You’ll get hands-on exposure to our full tech stack and learn by working closely with an experienced engineer.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain internal tools and modules within our warehouse management system
  ? Tech stack includes C#, Blazor, React, Tailwind CSS
• Contribute to system logic: routing, bin handling, and pick-path optimization
• Write code that’s clean, testable, and maintainable
• Use Git for version control (feature branches, commits, pull requests)
• Participate in debugging and team discussions to solve operational problems
• Learn through mentorship, code reviews, and real project work

What We’re Looking For

• Some hands-on experience as a developer-either through internships, co-ops, or an entry-level role
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and a willingness to dive into unfamiliar systems
• A proactive mindset: you ask questions, seek clarity, and take ownership of your work
• Comfortable with C#, Git workflows, and modern web development tools
• Experience or interest in logistics, operations, or warehouse technologies is a strong plus
