COLORADO SPRINGS/DENVER – End User Support

This is an End User Support person
2 years of experience required – desktop and remote
365/Windows 10 and 11
Familiar with ticketing system (ServiceNow) but as long as they know the documentation side of it is what’s important.
Basic networking – they need to use the right terminology for technology
MUST HAVE GREAT Soft Skills – this is the kicker on this role.
They work with high level -Sr. VPs/VPs and a top producer in the CO market and they have to have that good bedside manner type characteristics.
High touch area – strong backbone required – needs to know how to say know and when it’s appropriate to say no and again deliver it politely.

Technical assessment style – what do they know and not know and can they speak the language?

Must be polished (if they have tattoo’s piercings have to be covered)
