SUMMARY: 

A Field Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across field operations. This detail-oriented professional analyzes data, identifies trends, and delivers actionable insights to enhance performance, streamline workflows, and support strategic decision-making. 

Success in this role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational levels, ensuring operational and application requirements are accurately identified. The ideal candidate will document requirements clearly, leverage business and technical expertise, review workflows, produce training materials, and analyze data to develop solutions for business challenges.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Establishes strong connections with field teams and leaders to facilitate ongoing feedback and drive continuous process improvement. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally to perform general field operations and project readiness for the field.  

• Collaborate with Project and Program Managers to guarantee the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to Dexian’s sales and delivery teams. 

• Develop and maintain documentation, including job aids, to support field operations. 

• Collect, analyze and interpret operational data from field activities to monitor performance, identify issues and recommend improvements 

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. 

• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline processes. 

• Leverage Power BI dashboards and technology to ensure proper content is available to manage KPIs, programs or company initiatives.  

• Contributes to protocol establishment and definition for field communications, display issue escalation, and project execution and compliance.  

• Develop and implement communication strategies to help Dexian navigate operational changes effectively.  

• Keep sensitive information secure by following confidentiality guidelines. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

The ideal candidate should have: 

• 2-4 years of related business experience either at company or industry 

• Excellent communications skills; written and verbal 

• Strong data analytics skills  

• Strong proficiency in PowerBI 

• Strong M365 skills (word, excel, power point) 

• Growth mindset and ability to learn 

• Curious, Creative and Strategic thinker 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field 

• Applicants are required to work at a Dexian office.
