Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator/ Specialist
Reports To: Local Managing Director
SUMMARY:
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support our internal recruiting and sales team. In this role, you will partner with the sales and recruiting team to ensure that the company achieves its overall goals. This includes maintaining the operations of the branch office, being a liaison to our centralized services operations and all needs related to the client and the consultant are met. The scope of your job will extend to key areas such as: recruiting coordination, payroll and expense management, data integrity, VMS maintenance, and event planning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact consultant post close to confirm all offer details – i.e legal name, address etc.
- This has significantly helped decrease issues with the legal name being incorrect
- Act as the single POC for the consultant during the on-boarding process while coordinating with the HRAs.
- Calls daily or every other day regarding completion of adobe docs, background check, fingerprinting, employment verification, Fieldglass registration, start details.
- RM POC during the SLR process
- Gather references as needed
- Occasionally field incoming emails and calls from consultants who have already joined asking various questions
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail with strong reporting and organizational skills
- Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines in accordance with company policies
