Talent Acquisition Manager
Job description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Owns relationships with Managing Directors and Recruiting leadership for a specific region to support hiring for open roles.
• Responsible for supporting and driving team’s recruitment efforts for Intern, Associate Account Manager, and Associate Recruiter hiring for aligned portfolios.
• Acts as gatekeeper for candidate submittals to portfolio, deciding which candidates ultimately get submitted to the teams.
• Facilitates branch interview process for all candidates.
• Ensures best practices for interviewing with Managing Directors and pipeline teams.
• Oversees recruiting and staffing operations, providing guidance on recruiting issues as they arise for their portfolios.
• Coaches Talent Acquisition recruiters on candidate profile quality and recruiting strategies for pipelining and interviewing candidates.
• Leads coverage of their region’s hottest jobs.
• Prioritizes openings of their portfolios and decides which are most important to recruit on.
• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Director on Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Sources candidates during times of overflow positions.
• Covers various stages of candidates’ process as needed, which could include re-contacting.
• Delegates referrals.
• Works with the University Director to help coordinate field reps to travel to campus events.
• Travels to portfolios to build relationships with pipeline teams.
• Acts as the face of the company at key events such as, sales competitions, yield dinners, networking events, and other important campus events.
• Leads by example.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should have:
• 5 years of recruiting or account management experience preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for multiple openings at a time.
• Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Ability to lead and mentor peers.
• Ability to provide feedback and coach others.
• Understanding of Talent Acquisition recruiting strategy and University Recruiting strategy.
• Ability to build relationships with Managing Directors and Recruiting leadership.
• Displays a high level of professionalism.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Team player with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Problem-solving mentality.
• Self-accountability and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and partnerships with individuals.

• Applicant tracking systems experience required.
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office tool.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for campus visits and portfolio visits.
• Willing to work in a hybrid environment in one of our local markets.
