Firas Al-Hindi is the Vice President of Operations at Dexian, underlining his role with a process-oriented and data-driven approach. Firas enables operational excellence across the organization while building capabilities for future growth. He facilitates Dexian’s vision and strategy by managing prioritization, effective resource alignment, process improvement, measurement, and accountability. 

Firas joined Dexian in 2012 and has been instrumental in managing all IT and operations. He brings more than 25 years of technology industry leadership, system delivery, operational management, and executive management experience. His journey began with government contracting for the army corps of engineers, followed by 16 years in satellite communication. Before Dexian, he held various IT and operational roles at Intelsat, DDC Advocacy, ANHAM, and Verdi Consulting. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering. 

Dexian is a source of pride for Firas. He witnessed its growth from a $185 million revenue company to its current state, humbly contributing to the journey. He is in the business to impact lives and enable growth and development for everyone at Dexian. 

Firas spends his leisure time reading, exercising, and spending time with his wife and kids, engaging in their sports activities. He believes in balancing commitments to family and work, sometimes requiring extra effort to maintain this balance but always prioritizing dinner with his family at the end of the day. 

Ashish Srivastava is the Vice President of Energy Services International Operation at Dexian. He has led the global organization for over 10 years in more than 10 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Ashish specializes in delivering multimillion-dollar consulting engagements, leading international teams, and prioritizing personal growth and learning. He focuses on developing leaders and empowering individuals to succeed, expanding the company’s global presence, creating career opportunities for colleagues, and strengthening the company’s market position.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, Ashish’s expertise ranges from delivering turnarounds for business growth and profitability to opening new offices in various countries and expanding market presence. He is passionate about challenging boundaries, continuous learning, and empowering others to succeed. Making a positive impact on people’s lives is part of what makes his role fulfilling.

Ashish balances his career with personal interests like long-distance running and playing music for a rock band. He has made Colorado home for over 20 years with his wife and two children. Ashish considers maintaining a healthy work-life balance essential for a well-rounded individual. Mike Zembrzuski (Z), is the current CEO of LinTech Global, Inc which is the wholly owned Federal subsidiary of Dexian. He is a growth and bottom-line focused executive in the federal, defense and Intelligence Community contracting sectors who was directly responsible for the establishment of three multiple intelligence, cyber and defense solutions business lines that grew from $4M to $450M in annual revenue while producing significant double-digit profit. He is an expert business and corporate developer with close customer relationships across the Intelligence Community and DoD that translate directly to top and bottom-line growth. Mr. Zembrzuski has over 30 years of military and private sector experience. His private sector experience includes serving as Chief Growth Officer of Delviom, NetCentrics Corporation and Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, CEO of Guardian One, LLC, Executive Vice President and Business Group Manager of CACI’s National Security Solutions Business Group, Executive Vice President, Equity Partner and head of Six3 Intelligence Solutions, Inc (Six3 Systems wholly owned subsidiary), and Executive Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Harding Security Associates. He achieved unparalleled success in all aspects of performance and growth as well as completing two successful company sales and numerous acquisitions during his tenure with these organizations.

Mr. Zembrzuski also brings two decades of military experience, subject matter expertise and close relationships across the Federal, Intelligence, DoD and Law Enforcement communities. He is a retired senior Military Intelligence Officer and Foreign Area Officer (FAO) with experience serving and working with cabinet-level leadership, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, service and combatant command intelligence chiefs, US Intelligence Community senior leadership, allies, and state and local law enforcement. He is a combat veteran of both Afghanistan and Iraq along with significant homeland and overseas security experience working with the DoD, FBI, Secret Service, DHS, DoS Bureau of Diplomatic Security and other US government agencies.

Mr. Zembrzuski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with honors from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He is a graduate of numerous senior military education programs to include (as a U.S. Army FAO) both the Italian War and Joint Services Colleges. He is proficient in Italian, French, Spanish and German as well as enjoying flying and archeology as hobbies.
