Pay Range:$27 – 28.15 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Description

  • Primary function is to assist Billing/Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with audit requests (mainly pulling documentation as needed)
  • Assist Billing Specialist with processing invoices as needed
  • Assist Billing Specialist with setting up contracts in SAP as needed
  • Assist Billing Manager with process documentation and other ad hoc duties
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently

    Preferred

    • Prior audit experience
    • Prior billing experience
    • SAP experience preferred

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
    • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Software Interviews will be Virtual Top 3 Priority Skills – Government experience and billing government contracts. – Seeking to find someone that is flexible and able to do the job requirements

      – CSR experience. 3-5 yrs exp- mid career This position will be HYBRID going into the office two days a week (or more if necessary)
