Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate

Location : Diamond Bar,CA

Duration : 3-5 months

Hourly rate: $24-27 (depending on experience)

Schedule: M-F (onsite in Diamond Bar expectation is M,T, W,TH)

Hours: could start from 5 AM-8 AM

Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for the reconciliation of customer accounts, and performs business to business collections. This position collects on receivable balances, reconciles customer accounts and maintains accurate records of such reconciliation.

Essential Functions

Perform business to business collections by collecting on receivable balances per payment terms

Develop and manage close professional relationships with customers’ Accounts Payable department including responding to emails and phone calls for current statement, invoices or POD requests

Meet and exceed team and individual KPIs

Review accounts receivable aging and reconcile accounts

Review weekly reports and address any issues as needed

Work closely with Sales team to resolve customer disputes

Identify customer deductions and short payments, and process or dispute as needed

Validate and dispute or clear deductions/short payments related to fines by researching information provided

Identify on account payments and overpayments, and apply to correct transactions

Maintain daily BOL files for assigned warehouses

Understands how to do basic functions, handles “B”,”C” and “D” customers. Opportunity for special projects and to be second trainer. Assisting level III if needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

o 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

o 2 Years – Experience in Position

Preferred Qualifications:

o 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

o 4 Years – Experience working in Position
