Job Title: Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant to Provost and Assistant Provost

Duration: 4 months project initially

Location: Wellesley, MA 02481, USA

Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.13 Hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY:

Job description :

Provide administrative support to the Provost and Assistant Provost, office coverage on a regular schedule, process requisitions and comp forms, assist with budget, curriculum changes, coordination of events, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Provide administrative support to the Provost and the Assistant Provost, including managing their calendars.

Provide office coverage for the President’s and Provost’s Offices on a regular schedule in coordination with the President’s staff.

Process requisitions and compensation forms for Academic Affairs, including the offices that report into the Provost and Assistant Provost

Assist with processing and documentation of curriculum changes.

Assist with budget preparation and maintenance.

Assist staff with planning and coordination of events and conferences, including reserving space, ordering food, and day-of logistics.

Maintain filing and records system of highly confidential documents.

Other duties as assigned
