Appian Developer

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Appian Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Creating process models, interfaces, record types, and web service integrations
• Working with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Connecting Appian applications to enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods
• Ensuring optimal system performance and resolving complex technical problems
• Following Appian’s guidelines, security standards, and company policies
• Contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile activities
• Creating documentation for future reference
• Mentoring junior developers and providing technical support
• Keeping abreast of the latest Appian features and industry trends
• Contributing to project progress and communication
• Modifying and analyzing existing application logic, and building new applications

Requirements:

• Proficient in Appian BPM suite, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites
• Strong knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices
• Experience with integration of Appian with other systems using RESTful APIs, Web Services, and other integration methods
• Knowledge in SQL
• 6-8 yrs experience, 2-3+yrs in Appian, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understands and communicates Appian Application Architecture
• Must be local to Charlotte or Kennesaw
• No C2C
