DESCRIPTION
Benefit Payment Services assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving inbound calls Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
- Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc.
- Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of Customer Service experience in Corporate/Professional work environment
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet
- Excellent telephone etiquette with Customer Service focus
- Excellent attendance track record required
- Must be willing to work OT when necessary
- College degree required (2 or 4 year degree)
Soft-skills:
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can complete functions with little supervision
- Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize
- Ability to function well in a high volume environment & multi task
- Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals
