Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in Spanish and English.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Assist with order processing, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
