Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in Spanish and English.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Assist with order processing, troubleshooting, and account management.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
