Job Title: Data/Business Analyst

Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 8+ months with possible extension

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and resolving differences
  • Handling missing values
  • Transforming the data into a usable format
  • Data quality, data cleanliness experience
  • The work will require collaboration and excellent communications skills across several partners.
  • The resources must be adept at exploring patterns, identifying trends, and uncovering insights from the data to make recommendations on how to resolve issues and presenting data and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience Required:

  • 5 to 7 years as a Data/Business Analyst in a Financial Services firm (preference to Asset Management and/or Alternative Investments)
  • Expert in productivity tools
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in client on-boarding and/or AML KYC
  • Experience in re-engineering/establishing work processes and controls to ensure data quality and crafting/documenting required procedures

Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners
  • Strong analytical skills to explore data patterns and trends
  • Proficiency in presenting data and insights to stakeholders
