Business Analyst (Salesforce and GraphQL)
Job description
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8+ years Business/Systems Analyst experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams
- Experience interacting with internal or external customers to find opportunities for improvement within current systems, eliciting new product requirements, and gathering/incorporating feedback from those partners on proposed solutions
- Experience with building Salesforce solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce a plus
- Experience with product development that is subject to regulation and legal review and approval
- Foundational understanding of software architecture concepts and API development
- Solid understanding of health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development
- Shown expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Experience with JIRA or similar agile backlog management and testing tool
- Certified Business Analysis Professional® (CBAP®) certification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
