Role Summary
Drive user-centered analysis by leading journey mapping, workshops, and requirements discovery to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead user journey mapping to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities
* Facilitate workshops/interviews to gather and prioritize requirements
* Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and clear documentation
* Align business and tech teams to ensure delivery clarity and outcomes
Qualifications
* Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
* Strong in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
* Skilled in process mapping and user journey frameworks
* Comfortable working in Agile environments
