The 10-week program is broken out into three focus areas:
Phase 1: Introduction to Staffing
Learn the full staffing lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting candidates to client relationship management and placement success.
Phase 2: Introduction to Sales
Gain exposure to prospecting, pitching, and closing strategies to understand how sales professionals turn opportunities into results.
Phase 3: Introduction to Business Development
Explore how to research prospects and understand client needs to uncover new business opportunities.
