Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will be utilizing their SME and business analytics skills to review data sets and various regulatory reports, performing quality assurance and ensuring completeness. This will be done as part of the Axiom implementation, and will involve UAT testing. In addition, the candidate should also be able to update procedures, create/ update data dictionaries, and provide value driven insight
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent education and related training
- Five plus years experience working in a bank or consulting firm
- Business analytics
- Skilled in data mapping, Excel, SQL, SAS, etc…
- Ability to take direction and then work independently to complete tasks while considering broader implications or necessary additional analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to build credibility and trust with all levels of management.
- Familiarity with Capital and RWA reporting
- Direct experience with the Axiom tool
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
- Familiarity and understanding with the following reports: FFIEC 031, FFIEC 101/102, FFIEC 009, FR Y-9C, FR Y-11/12/15
- Knowledge and understanding of BASEL 3 and BASEL 3 Endgame
- Experience in creating data dictionaries
- Some project management experience
