Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4 (Contact Center Trainer)

Location: Charlotte NC 28282 & Des Moines, IA 50266

Duration: 12 – month (with possibly extension)

Pay range : $55-$62

Job Description :

  • In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Seeking an experienced training developer to build agent and supervisor training for new CCaaS platforms. Focus on Epiplex simulations, job aids, and practical learning content tied to call center workflows.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows
    • Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content
    • Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials
    • Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content
    • Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes

Required

    • Experience developing training for contact center environments
    • Strong instructional design and job aid development
    • Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps

Preferred

    • Hands-on Epiplex experience (simulations, walkthroughs
    • CCaaS / CIW platform experience
    • Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts
