Pay Rate:$28 – 29.93/hourly W2
Standard work week:
Our normal business hours are 9 am – 6 pm M-F. All candidates must be available to work those hours. Some weekend and overtime work may be required.
JOB SUMMARY
| Job Description | Key Responsibilities: Support procurement operations under the NB area, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Source competitive bids from vendors and conduct price comparisons to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Manage purchase order (PO) issuance and ensure timely processing. Track and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Follow up on approval workflows to ensure timely authorization of procurement activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve procurement-related issues. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Qualifications: Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related administrative role. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with procurement systems and tools is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a corporate or shared services environment. Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management. |
