Job Description:
We are seeking a Communications Specialist. This role requires a skilled communicator who can create engaging content for both internal and external audiences. You will be responsible for developing and sharing information through various channels, with a focus on supporting business needs and fostering a strong internal communication environment.
* Communications:
o Develop and execute communication strategies for various audiences.
o Handle media inquiries and create marketing materials.
o Manage community engagement and stakeholder relations.
o Prepare employees for internal and external events and communication requests.
o Create internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, flyers).
* Event and Tour Coordination:
Develop and implement a comprehensive tour program for the . This includes designing engaging tour routes, creating informative materials, and establishing processes for scheduling and managing visits.
Oversee all aspects of site tours, including:
Coordinating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interests.
Managing logistics such as scheduling, transportation, and site accessibility.
Providing expert on-site coordination to ensure a smooth and informative experience.
Ensure the safety and security of all visitors by enforcing site safety policies and providing clear instructions and guidelines.
* Creative Support:
o Create graphics and other visual materials for internal and external use.
o Produce, film, and edit videos.
* Business Support:
o Provide administrative support as needed.
o Track stakeholder interactions.
o Assist with coordinating meetings and events.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in communications (agency or corporate preferred).
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Proficient in computer skills and relevant software.
* Results-oriented and adaptable.
