CONTRACT TO HIRE – PL/SQL Developer

Job Title: PL/SQL Developer

Location: Dallas / Coppell, TX [OR] Tampa, FL [OR] Jersey City, NJ ( Choose Any 1 )

Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE

Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 5-7 years of experience in PL/SQL development.
• Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Experience with Crystal Reports for designing and modifying reports.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, indexing, and partitioning.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• This is a pure developer role – not an architect position.
• Snowflake Experience would be preferred (Nice to have)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support business applications.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting purposes.
• Work with Crystal Reports to develop and modify reports based on business requirements.
• Build efficient database solutions
• Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure best practices for data integrity, security, and database performance.
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support system testing efforts.
